Michael A. Baranowicz was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978. He has a wide range of experience in all aspects of personal injury defense with particular emphasis in the areas of products liability, construction litigation and public utility defense in the gas and electric fields. Mr. Baranowicz has successfully defended cases in such diverse areas as gas explosions, playground manufacturing apparatus, libel, and slander, falls from elevated heights, and environmental exposure to PCBs, chlordane, urea formaldehyde and toluene. Mr. Baranowicz heads the utility, construction, and products liability departments within the office.
