These are certainly difficult times. As COVID-19 continues to spread and government and public health authorities commit to the challenge of addressing these matters, we remain committed to the health and safety of our clients and staff.

Today, we wish to assure you that Montfort, Healy, McGuire & Salley continues to serve you, our clients, fully and completely in the manner in which we always have. Your health and safety, that of our employees and that of the individuals we represent, remains our top priority. Each day, we monitor the news of COVID-19 and its effect on our community extremely carefully and diligently.

With regard to the status of the court system itself, please be advised that, as of March 17, 2020, the New York Unified Court System has postponed all non-essential functions of the Court, including trials, conferences, preliminary conferences, motion submissions, etc.

We will monitor announcements from the Office of Court Administration daily and advise you, should matters change.
