Evan M. LaPenna was admitted to the New York State bar in October, 2007.  He graduated from Hofstra University in May, 2002, with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in History and Fine Arts.  He received a J.D. from the University of LaVerne, College of Law, in May, 2006.  While attending law school, he served three years as a certified law clerk to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
